Sometimes we are faced with difficulties when we least expect it. You may be feeling trapped and frustrated, unable to find a way to turn off the whirlwind of thoughts flooding through your mind.
Before you go through this website, take a moment to breathe, look around you, and name one thing that you are grateful for today. Even if you have had a bad day, acknowledge that out loud or silently to yourself, “I got through a bad day today.” If you struggle with a lack of energy, acknowledge, “Even though it was difficult, I got out of bed this morning.”
When overcome with overwhelming pain, it is easy to become confused about how to move forward. It is normal to go through difficult times in life, but you do not have to struggle alone.
My goal is to equip you with a plethora of tools to help manage the life-changing struggles. These tools may include coping strategies, improving social skills, managing intrusive thoughts, emotional regulation, or conflict resolution.
